1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Phoenix ("the Bot") to your Discord server or by interacting with any of its features, you ("the User" or "the Server Owner") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server and cease all interactions.
2. Description of Service
Phoenix is a specialized Discord utility designed to provide automated Temporary Voice Channel (VC) management. The primary service includes:
- Automated creation of dynamic voice channels upon a user joining a designated "Generator" channel.
- Granting temporary management permissions to the channel creator.
- Automated deletion and cleanup of channels once they become vacant.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users are granted the privilege to create and manage temporary spaces through Phoenix. However, the following rules apply:
- Compliance with Discord ToS: All activity within the temporary channels must strictly adhere to Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Illegal Activity: The creation of temporary channels for the purpose of illegal activities, sharing prohibited content, or organizing harmful events is strictly forbidden.
- Spam and Abuse: Users must not abuse the automated creation system to "spam" the server with empty channels or attempt to crash the Bot's logic through rapid-fire triggers.
- Respectful Management: Channel "Owners" (users who triggered the creation) are responsible for the moderation of their own temporary space. Abuse of permissions may result in the Bot being restricted from your server.
4. Automation and Deletion Policy
Phoenix operates on an ephemeral logic to keep servers organized.
- Automated Cleanup: To ensure server health, Phoenix will automatically delete a temporary voice channel as soon as it is empty. No Da-ta or logs of the voice conversation are stored by the Bot after deletion.
- No Guarantee of Da-ta: Since these channels are "Temporary," any settings, nicknames, or permissions applied to a specific room will be permanently wiped once the last user leaves. Phoenix is not responsible for any "Da-ta loss" regarding temporary channel configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Third-Party Conduct: The developer of Phoenix is not responsible for the behavior of users within the temporary voice channels. We provide the infrastructure; the moderation of the content shared within those channels is the responsibility of the Server Owner and Discord’s safety team.
- Service Interruptions: While we strive for 100% uptime, Phoenix is provided "as is." We are not liable for any downtime, API delays from Discord's side, or failures in channel creation/deletion.
- Indirect Damages: In no event shall Phoenix or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Use (यूज़) or inability to Use (यूज़) the Bot.
6. Server Owner Obligations
By adding Phoenix to a server, the Server Owner agrees to:
- Provide the necessary permissions (Manage Channels, Move Members, etc.) for the Bot to function.
- Take full responsibility for how the Bot is configured within their specific community.
- Ensure that the Bot’s presence does not violate any local laws or specific community rules.
7. Modification of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Bot at any time without prior notice. This is to ensure the Bot evolves with Discord's changing API and security standards.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to "Blacklist" or terminate service to any user or server that:
- Violates these Terms of Service.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or "nuke" the Bot's backend.
- Uses the Bot to facilitate a toxic or harmful environment.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued Use (यूज़) of Phoenix after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant updates will be communicated through our Official Support Server.
10. Contact Information
For legal inquiries, support, or bug reporting, users are encouraged to join the Official Phoenix Support Server.
